By downloading any provided material within the ALASKA contest, participants agrees on the following terms :

• All materials provided for ALASKA contest remains the sole property of the organisers who autorize uses and modifications (but not re-distribution of such modifications) of all material for research and education purposes only.
• All the codes and datasets are provided "as it" without any warranty nor liability.
• All materials provided in ALASKA are provided under the Creative Commons BY-NC-ND license.
  In brief, this non-transfarable licence grants the right to use and modify codes and data for any non commercial purposes, in particular for any research and education purposes provided that credits to the ALASKA contest are explicitcly given.
• This license, however, explicitly forbids (without prior authortisation from the copyrights holders) the used of any material for commercial purposes and the distribution of any material build upon the material provided, especially if you remix and transform the dataset.
• The participants can thus publish and redistribute freely any results that comes out from ALASKA contest and any modification of all the codes (but not the images data) provided that this is done in agreement with the present terms and that the copyright notice remained in the header of the code.
• Steganography and steganalysis may be restricted in certain contries, it is however legal in the country where it is hosted (France). We however provide all the material for research purpose only which means that it is strictly forbidden to use any material provided for ALASKA contest to hide real data within digital images or media of any type.
• All materials provided in ALASKA are under a non-transfarable licence which grant the right to use, modify codes and data for any research and education purposes provided that credits to the ALASKA contest are explicitcly given. The participants can thus publish and redistribute freely any results that comes out from ALASKA contest and any modification of all the codes provided that this is done in agreement with the present terms.
• The pictures that are provided in BOSS have be given with the explicit authorisation of their authors and can be re-used for any research and education purpose in agreement with the present terms.
• Eventually, let us recall that we provide those scripts without any warranty. Though we have done our best and may update it according to correction that may be applied, those scripts are provided without any obligation to provide any accompanying service or maintenance. In no event, the organizers of the ALASKA challenge may be liable for any consequences arising out of the use of the provided scripts.
